  Was a patient for almost 5 years. I was unable to secure a 6 month appt 6 months in advance! I was told “we share your frustrations.” I decided to change practices at this point and emailed and texted the office to cancel my 9 month appt and transfer my records. A month goes by and I don’t hear back. I called the office to inquire whether my email was received. The reply was “yep!” And I asked if I could get an email confirmation and got another “yep!” I followed up the month later confirmation email expressing my disappointment in having to change practices and crickets. Soo yeah. Different practice from when I started.

  MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE AT BLUESTONE DENTAL WAS A MEMORABLE ONE. DR. BLUESTONE IS TECHNICALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH, COMPASSIONATE BUT MOST OF ALL, HE'S HONEST WITH INTEGRITY. HE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND GAVE ME ASSURANCE OF A POSITIVE OUTCOME. JOE S.

  Before leaving my appointment.. I proceeded to ask what shall we do off my treatment plan. I wanted to use all my allowance and not waste it because I knew there was plenty to do. I was told I did not have one to my surprise after being a patient there for several years with a lot of work to have done. I was rudely told by Jody to make another appointment to figure that out, which did not make sense to me, has the doctor not been writing anything down, what to do step by step, what is next? My husband came in a week later and they had canceled his appointment without informing him assuming he wasn't coming. In all my life the work that I had done never held up and had to keep replacing and fixing things. Shoddy. Meant to be.
