Chris Stafy, the staff representative who assisted my Mother & I with her audiologist screening was very informative, engaging & can relate to my Mothers lack of hearing. This is her first step in figuring out the next steps but am so Thankful that he made my Mom comfortable!! Thank You Chris!!

I was dissatisfied with Auditory Specialist at Audio Nova. He ignored the the auditory test results from a licensed Audiologist at UPENN and my stated reason for needing a hearing aid, resulting in obtaining a product that did not address my needs.
