I love this Lenscrafters location. The staff is professional, kind and respectful. The staff was patient and friendly walking me through the process . They provided discounts that were available for a great customer experience. Thank you. I'll be back for more 😉

I needed to upgrade my eyewear due to a new script which now includes progressive lenses. Kathy thoroughly explained the various lens options, got me the best rate based on my insurance and their promotions, and even assisted me with picking out glasses. I ended up with the pair she picked out. All in all this was a very good experience. I started this process trying to do it online and I just can't imagine I would have been happy with the results.

I told the man looking through the lens of one pair (for seeing up close) of glasses my eyes felt like they were straining and it felt weird. He told me I have to keep the glasses and use them for 3 days. If after 3 days my eyes still feel uncomfortable and things still look blurred return and they would see how they could accommodate me according to their policies. My other glasses were just right (for distance). It felt wrong to me. (the glasses and the response).

I have purchased 5 pair of glasses over the past 2 years and each time I worked with Kathy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was nothing short of amazing. Based on my experiences I highly recommend Lens Crafters and work with Kathy.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
