Catrina & Dr Dowling are amazing! They both helped me tremendously get through a VERY ROUGH winter mentally. I always feel heard after every session and they both are excellent.

This was my first time trying to establish services with this practice. The first representative I spoke with Mindy was extremely kind and helpful and got my care set up smoothly. However, when it came time to schedule my follow-up appointment, my experience with another representative, Colette, was very off-putting. Her tone and demeanor were unapproachable, which is especially concerning when someone is calling for mental health services. She transferred me to the King of Prussia office without giving me any instructions or explanation. When the call went unanswered, I called back. Only then did she tell me that there is only one person working over there and that they are very busy — meaning I needed to leave a voicemail. But this was after she had already transferred me twice with no context, leaving me confused about what I was supposed to do. When I expressed how her demeanor came across, she insisted that she was approachable. Approachability, however, is based on the caller’s perception — and my perception in that moment was that she was not. I thanked her and let her know that if I needed further assistance, I would contact management. This is a business that offers mental health services and you never know what someone is going through when they call. Clear communication and patience are essential. I still hope to receive the help I need, but the customer service experience definitely needs improvement.

I've had three different psychs in three years because the first two just straight up left. When the new psych yelled at me saying I'm burned out and look exhausted, she replied by saying "I don't know how to help you." I can go months without appointments (after calling and leaving multiple voicemails) but best believe they will be on the phone quicker than lightening if you co-pay doesn't go through
