  I absolutely love the cleanliness and disciplined structure of this facility. Star, Tess, Rita, are great. Everyone is great at answering any questions you ever have.

  I am very pleased with the respect and dignity I get treated with the staff overall is fantastic I would recommend KED plasma over any other donation centers

  I went in started the process and while employee was doing the computer work she couldn't figure out why it would not process. Then she tells me I'm too old. I'm 68 and probably healthier and in better shape than 90% of the folks giving plasma today. I find it an insult. I compete in the National Veterans Golden Age Games every year. I walk 5 miles a day. Lift weights, ride bike, kayak and eat healthy. You really ought to look into increasing the age.

  Absolutely life-changing. I came in for plasma and somehow left with less plasma. The staff had the audacity to be friendly, the place was annoyingly clean, and they even expected me to drink water like some kind of responsible adult. They gave me snacks afterward, which I’m pretty sure is their way of making me forget they literally stole part of my blood. 10/10, would voluntarily get “vampired” again 🧛🏻‍♂️💉🩸

  Staff are fun and make you feel comfortable. I began donating in April, and I couldn’t imagine donating elsewhere. I understand people make comments about the donation compensation, but people will be opinionated everywhere you go. KED has noticeably increased the compensation opportunity’s based off of the month and amount of times you donate consecutively. In addition, ice cream Mondays and candy bars being given out as well as the app to earn points and gift cards. At the end of the day we are being compensated for our part in an ongoing effort to save lives. I am grateful that I’m fortunate enough to be able to donate. If you are someone who has never donated, or are thinking about switching to KED, then I strongly suggest you do. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’m happy I chose KED. “Side bar to the staff, keep up the great work, you all are awesome”!!!
