First Yoga experience ever, so had an open mind, but no expectations other than I have severe chronic pain and always looking for something that might help. Nicole was welcoming when I entered the room and had given me some tips regarding relaxation and breathing techniques. She told me something very interesting that stuck - which was, when breathing out, direct the exhale towards the pain which I in fact did, time and time again. At the start of class, Nicole introduced me to the group which was great. I found her selection of music, her voice as she led and guided the class, very soothing. Her instructions, throughout, from start to finish were clear, easy to follow, and reassuring ("Great job!"). I also liked that she allowed for a good deal of quiet time during the class. That is, during instructions, she said what needed said, but then didn't feel it necessary to speak just to feel the void. All of the above made it possible for me to achieve a totally chill state, even slowing my mind to almost a halt at times. In turn, the severe chronic pain, at times, practically vanished in the calmness. Towards the end, Nicole spoke to the group about life applications of Yoga that were so insightful that I thought was a canned presentation, but later found out was not. ..... all words were her own, so cool! None of the excercises and stretches caused any hurt during, after, or the next day. The class was a total breath of fresh air, and I will definitely attend again and again. The moist eucalyptus cloths aĺt the end were a nice touch. Nicole is a polished Yoga class leader, and I rank her a 5 out of 5. As relief for pain, Yoga is an activity that I am highly likely to make part of my weekly gym routine. Sincerely, JH

Do not recommend. Classes are overcrowded and overpriced. Their cancellation policy is predatory — if you cancel even 29 days before your next billing cycle, they still charge you for another month because they require 30 days notice. Disappointing to see a yoga studio use the same tactics as sleazy gym memberships.

I saw the vision, but unfortunately the execution did not meet expectations. Having participated in a wide range of strength training, personal training, CrossFit, and hot yoga classes, I found this sculpt yoga session to be disorganized and difficult to follow.
At several points, the transitions between yoga and high-intensity strength movements were so fast and rushed that it was challenging to maintain proper form. The pace often felt chaotic, which raises safety concerns especially in a class that incorporates weights. Proper instruction and time for alignment are essential, and that element was largely missing.
Additionally, the class placed significant emphasis on leg-based movements without sufficient warm-up or stretching beforehand, which felt poorly structured. Some of the movements, such as the hopping sequences, seemed disconnected from the overall flow and lacked clear purpose.
The sequencing overall lacked coherence, making it difficult to stay grounded in the workout. Clearer guidance on technique would have been helpful, particularly for participants who may be less experienced. For example, during dumbbell swings, there was no instruction to keep the weight at chest level at the top of the movement, which is an important detail for maintaining proper form and avoiding injury.
Lastly, the music selection felt more aligned with the instructor’s personal taste rather than creating an inclusive or motivating atmosphere for the class as a whole.
With more attention to pacing, instruction, and thoughtful sequencing, this class has potential. However, in its current form with this instructor, it felt more chaotic than constructive.
**Reply to owner**There’s a real difference between intentionally blending yoga with strength work and higher intensity intervals, and just rushing through sloppy transitions where form and flow fall apart.
It’s no surprise the class is popular, but popularity doesn’t equal quality. If you’ve never experienced well structured training or practiced yoga with proper attention to form, it’s easy to miss the difference. But once you know what good movement feels like, it’s hard to ignore when something is off
