I bought almost 10 pairs at warby parker and my glasses were less than a year old and they snapped at the bridge while casually cleaning and online customer service told me to go to the store for help. The store person was wildly rude apparently coz i went there 15 min before closing on a Sunday 07/26. The person huffed and puffed, was making displeasure noises and dint even look at the glasses and told me they cant do anything. They were so rude. Never again.Never buying glasses here again.
