Today I hit my 50th class at Pure Barre, and I honestly never thought I'd be someone looking forward to working out every week. These classes have pushed me in ways I didn't think were possible, making me use muscles I didn't even know existed! Every class is challenging, but it's also been really rewarding to see myself being able to do exercises for longer each time. One of my favorite things is the variety of classes. I was hesitant to try the strength-based classes at first, but once I did, they have become some of my favorites. The instructors are what truly make this studio special. You will always enter the studio with a warm smile!! They celebrate every milestone, every improvement, and every little victory, no matter how small. Their encouragement makes such a difference and creates an environment where you actually want to keep showing up. I'm not naturally someone who loves exercising—in fact, I've always considered myself pretty lazy but Pure Barre has completely changed that. Reaching 50 classes feels like a huge accomplishment, and I'm so excited to keep going. Thank you to all of the amazing instructors for making every class something to look forward to! Highly recommend to all!

Pure Barre has become so much more than a place I go to work out. It has truly become a meaningful part of my life, and I am incredibly grateful that this studio exists. When I first started, I had little to no strength or flexibility, with my previous injuries and limited range of motion I felt stuck. The workouts are challenging , but in the most rewarding way. The classes have helped me build strength, stability, balance, and flexibility through low-impact movements that are incredibly effective while still being mindful of the joints. I have seen such significant changes in my strength and abilities over the past year, and it has been so rewarding to watch myself grow stronger. One of the biggest reasons I have continued with Pure Barre is the instructors they are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and intentional in every class. They take the time to help you understand the movements and correct your form, which made such a difference for me as someone who was new to this type of workout. I have always felt encouraged to challenge myself while also feeling supported and never judged. But what makes Pure Barre truly special is the community. I have found an incredibly supportive and welcoming group of people here, and I even met my now best friend through Pure Barre. The connections I have made have meant so much to me, and the sense of community makes showing up feel like so much more than just exercising. I am so grateful for the strength I have gained, the progress I have made, the incredible instructors, and most of all, the people I have met. Pure Barre has genuinely had a positive impact on my life, and I cannot recommend this studio enough.

I recently took my first Pilates class at Pure Barre and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Kristine was a phenomenal instructor—knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive throughout the entire class. Dinah was also incredibly welcoming, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I weight train four times a week and consider myself to be in good shape, but Pilates is a whole different level of fitness. It challenged my core strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and muscle control in ways traditional weight training does not. More men should be open to trying Pilates. It is an excellent way to improve your overall fitness, challenge yourself, and connect with a supportive group of people. Leave the pride at home, gentlemen, step outside your comfort zone, and try something new. You may be surprised by how challenging and rewarding it is. I highly recommend Pure Barre and look forward to returning!

I absolutely love going to Pure Barre! It’s a combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Yoga. Each class is different and the classes change every so often. Just when you think you got the hang of it, they get you with new routines. My favorite part about the classes are the strength training aspects. It helps build muscle and toning using small movements. This is absolutely essential for someone like me who has both Asthma and PMOS. Even though some of the workouts are a little challenging, over time it feels more rewarding and doable. They help celebrate your wins, help you accommodate your workout as you need, and let you go at your pace. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and kind. I’ve been going for over a year now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I’m excited to see my progress.

There are 5 different class styles offered and all of the instructors are great! They have multiple classes and styles available everyday at many different times so I can always fit something into my schedule. And I love how a class I take one week might be completely different two weeks later, always challenging me!
