  Love this full-body workout I can do almost every day! And the addition of heavier weights to traditional barre makes it even better.

  Pure Barre Fox Chapel has been such a positive addition to my routine. The workouts are incredibly effective—I feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident than I have in a long time. The instructors are thoughtful and attentive, and the entire studio has a calm, welcoming feel that makes it easy to keep coming back. It’s one of the few workouts I genuinely look forward to.

  I am a mother to a 3.5 yr old and I hadn’t worked out since before I got pregnant. I was terrified to strengthen my core after delivering a 10 lb baby. I am so happy to say pure barre has not only strengthened my core, but also my pelvic floor and CONFIDENCE. I feel so strong in my physical abilities now, and have noticed an overall improvement in my day to day life. Thanks to the amazing staff there, who makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m never afraid to ask for help, and they are always there to give it!

  I have been attending Pure Barre Fox Chapel for three years, and joining has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Pure Barre is more than a workout class; it’s a community of peers that support you, commiserate with you over a difficult class and congratulate you when you reach a milestone. Pure Barre Fox Chapel has provided all of this and more for me these past three years. The instructors are phenomenal, the space is amazing, and the fellow members are so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend PBFC!
