  After years of hiding my smile Dr. Yazdani from Pittsburgh Dental Spa suggested that I have new bondings applied to my front teeth. She instilled much confidence in this anxious patient and completed the procedure artfully. I can't thank her enough for her kindness, professionalism, and the excellent outcome. Theresa the technician was awesome as well. She is very knowledgeable and very good at ensuring a calm and comfortable experience.

  Love this place! Staff are very patient and have worked with me through a very taxing dental journey after a combination of neglecting my teeth as a teen + a pretty overwhelming fear of the dentist. I've actually been able to do the last couple appointments without nitrous, which was previously something I never thought would happen. I highly recommend doctor Kelly!!! Will never go to another dentist again. My only Real complaint is that the office is a little impossible to get a hold of sometimes. They don't seem to put you on hold, they just don't pick up at all unless they can. I typically have to call the office about 4-6 times before someone answers. Which isn't life ending, and doesn't impact the care they provide (which is wonderful). Just annoying at times.

  Dr. Atiyeh was amazing! She was incredibly patient and really listened to my concerns especially when I said I was nervous! Her numbing technique was also incredible I barely felt a thing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease during dental appointments. Also shoutout to the front desk for giving me an early appointment! Highly recommend Dr. Atiyeh and Pittsburgh Dental Spa.

  Dr. Atiyeh Yazdani and Teresa took great care of me for a recent extraction, crown and filling! I love that this dentist recognizes dental anxiety and provides several options to assist with your anxiety. They even offered me a blanket. A week past my extraction I woke up in pain and called and they got me in 3 hours later. I highly recommend Dr. Yazdani and Pittsburgh Dental Spa.

  Went in for a routine cleaning & Was seen by the new female dentist I cannot remember her name, unfortunately. I just went in for my filling we scheduled where I was treated by the same Dentist. I’ve never been more happy leaving there. She made me feel super calm, complimented me (who doesn’t love a compliment) BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY she really made me feel like she cared about my teeth Which I can’t say I’ve experienced before. She told me information about my teeth that no other dentist has told me even told me she suggested me wearing a night guard because it looks like I grind my teeth, which I would’ve never known. She also fixed some imperfections on my teeth that I have brought concern to before, and they were dismissed. I was super nervous getting treated by a new dentist because I’ve always gone to Dr. Sarah But I’ve truly never Had such a smile on my face after leaving the dentist!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ THANK YOU!!!
