  I am on rating on my experience while scheduling my appointment only. Not for the staff at the Robinson office as they are amazing. Why is it that when you press option 1 to schedule an appointment that I get directed to a noisey call center in India. I could barely hear the questions I was being asked as you can hear 10 others in the background talking. I get it's cheap labor but terrible customer service.

  Doctor is fantastic. My wait to see the doctor was way too long…I think it was an hour. But I wait because I love the doctor.

  Well, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this office, but it is the last. This was my final straw. Had 2 appointments for my kids for back to school, great, confirmation emails and texts. We get up there, about 10 minutes of searching their books to get us checked in and nothing. ‘Oh, we had cancelled your appointments today’… no call, no text, no email. Nothing. Just let us take time out of our day to get turned away for their negligence. I’m done.

  Booked an eye exam a couple of weeks ago. First impressions were not positive. They weren't particularly friendly when we walked in. We sat down and waited and waited. We had been there a half an hour. They were already 30 minutes behind schedule so I thought I'd check out the frames. Unfortunately, we had no idea how to gage what to pick because they don't have prices on anything. I still was waiting so we just left. Waste of time.

  First time visiting. Staff great getting checked in quickly. On questionaire asked about interest in contacts. No mention of getting fitted for contacts. Wear glasses an not even told if I needed new ones, but they gave me paperwork on it. Optometrist asked about importance of A1C gave me paperwork since I didn't know my #s never asked that before from my other optometrists I take pills for diabeties. They will seee me back in a year.
