  Been going to John sortorio for my whole life my mother was friends with his wife. Since the handoff to pearl dentistry my wife and I have been rescheduled multiple times for appointments we have made while there in the office leaving our last appointment. Just seems poorly managed and run. I was rescheduled twice two days in a row like they didn’t realize the day before they were putting me in a spot not able to be had. Just chaos and it’s really sad to see this happen to a place you’ve gone your whole life. Will be looking for a new dentist ASAP. Even the hygenist I had last time was talking bad about how corporate the new owning felt. You know it’s bad when employees are talking trash lol 4/10 wouldn’t recommend

  The staff is exceptional and Dr. Monaco is wonderful! The office is clean, the staff is professional & courteous.

  Extremely disappointing experience with this new dental practice today. I had been a patient with Dr. Sartorio for 9 years, so I was very disappointed to see how poorly run Pearl Dentistry is. I had an appointment scheduled for today and received a confirmation text from the new office last month, so I had every reason to believe my appointment was still on. I left work and drove out of the way to the office, only to find a sign on the door stating that the office was closed. A woman eventually came out and told me that they are now closed on Fridays, despite the fact that their website still says they are open on Fridays. No one contacted me to let me know that my appointment was being canceled or that the office hours had changed. This is an unacceptable way to treat patients, especially longtime patients. At the very least, I should have received a call or text notifying me of the change rather than finding out after showing up for a confirmed appointment. Terrible communication, organization and customer service. Unfortunately, after 9 years with this practice, I will not be returning.

  the experience was like no other, I could hear my daughter laughing, enjoying herself at the dentist. The staff was incredible, took very good care of her and are very knowledgeable. The dentist explained everything in detail and showed me what needed to be done. I can say this was a great dentist and am so so happy to of found her.
