When I raised timing concerns since I needed to return to work, the response from the dentist was to tell me to “calm down” and that it wasn’t a big deal, rather than acknowledging the check-in error. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. This experience felt dismissive and not respectful of my time, so I’ve chosen to go elsewhere.
