- MHMaria HenryJun 13, 20195.0Mom is 106 years old. Some might say it is somewhat pointless to think that she could hear better. In her case, it is even more difficult given that an ear operation 26 years ago left her completely deaf in one ear. Thanks to the persistence and patience of Bob at the Robinson location continuing to adjust her new aid, she may not be hearing perfectly but her life would include very little sound and certainly would not be enjoyable. Also, the receptionist, Otillia, makes us feel like family each time we come in for a check up. She is warm yet efficient. Love this location!
- ECEarl CraigJan 2, 20183.0Mr. B. accurate about wait time appointment., maybe 1 hr. okay, but they should, probably, take into account questions, answers, which throw next person's appointment wait time into the process . disabled vet, myself,9;30 turns into 10;30 , easily, but They are wonderful folks , once you clear that hurdle. Unfortunately credit cards aren't much help , pricing takes into finance, which, just can't afford, nowadays.Mr.C.@ thanks.
