The initial visit with Samantha went good but now I’ve been waiting for a call back from them since November, keep calling and they say we will call you back and no one does, and Samantha never seems to be available to answer the phone or call back. I Asked to talk to the manager and again they said the manager will call you back and guess what, no call back at all and it’s been over a month!
