She was wearing a huge smile and gave me warm welcome. After explaining to her what I was looking for and how I wanted to move about things she got right to it. I found the perfect pair of Metas but had to rush to work so I promised to come back during my lunch break. When I returned Melissa was on her lunch break as well but I was greeted by Brennan who again was wearing a huge smile and greeted and asked me if she could help. After I informed her of my purpose there she then explained that Melissa was on break and that she wouldn’t mind helping. I’m grateful that I took her up on her offer. She was kind, professional and funny, all the things any shopper would love. She finished up my sale and I left extremely happy. I would so recommend Lens Crafter @ Ross Park Mall to everyone.
