  I have and 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son in ninja. They both really enjoy the coaches, the challenges and physical exercise. The kids can advance at their own pace and abilities which is not forced or judged like some team sports. The kids get excited when they can finally complete an obstacle that they’ve worked for so long at. As a parent, this physical activity is especially important during the winter months because it gets the kids off screens and time to socialize in fun and friendly competition. Recommend for kids interested in building strength and coordination or to supplement training for another sport.

  My son started off going here for birthday parties and has since been in the ninja classes for the last 5 years. This is a great place for the kids to get out their energy and build some determination to conquer the obstacles.

  We have been attending competitions, open gyms, and other events at Iron City Ninja for over 5 years now. The gym is fantastic and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There are always challenging obstacles for my son to tackle and we appreciate the lengths the team has gone to make the activities safe and the time productive. I cannot recommend Iron City Ninja strongly enough
