- CKchris kozarMay 17, 20265.0I have and 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son in ninja. They both really enjoy the coaches, the challenges and physical exercise. The kids can advance at their own pace and abilities which is not forced or judged like some team sports. The kids get excited when they can finally complete an obstacle that they’ve worked for so long at. As a parent, this physical activity is especially important during the winter months because it gets the kids off screens and time to socialize in fun and friendly competition. Recommend for kids interested in building strength and coordination or to supplement training for another sport.

How do I get started?
We invite you to visit our facility and experience our open gym for a $10 fee. After your session, we can discuss your fitness objectives and determine the best path forward for you.
How long are birthday parties?
Our birthday parties are scheduled on weekends and last for two hours. We offer three time slots: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Is there an age limit?
At our Missionary Drive location, we typically accommodate children aged 5 and above. However, we're open to discussing options for younger participants on a case-by-case basis.
