  Hello, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incorrect refund and unprofessional behavior I experienced at a GNC store. I purchased a 27-serving whey protein powder for $40. After opening the product, I noticed white, grain-like particles inside, and the taste was very unpleasant. The following day, I returned to the store with my receipt to ask about the return process. A woman who stated that she was the store manager told me that I needed to insert my card in order to see the refund amount. However, she did not explain that inserting the card would automatically process the refund. After I inserted my card, the product was taken from me and a refund of only $1.24 was issued for a $40 item. I clearly stated that I did not accept this refund amount. I was not properly informed beforehand, and despite my objection, the product had already been taken from me. Instead of correcting the mistake or attempting to resolve the situation professionally, the store called the police. This caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I believe I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully. According to GNC’s return policy stated on your website, customer satisfaction and fair refund practices are emphasized. However, in my case, these policies were completely disregarded. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. Additionally, the store employee’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. Rather than being helpful and courteous, her actions reflected poorly on the GNC brand. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed carefully and that the refund discrepancy be corrected.   Incompetent employee lied to my face about the return policy, not sure how he would benefit from deneying my return which was well within the return policy

  Good selection of health supplements. Got good advise for helping my lifting and eating routines. They carry Jym products which I'm a big fan of.

  This not being a corporate gnc I find it very helpful. They also have more variety in stock, not just gnc brand. Definitely a knowledgeable environment where you can learn more about the right things to take for your goals. The best thing being again that they arent pushing gnc brand upon you like it is the only thing worth buying they present you with options.
