- LSLindsey ShutyJul 10, 20265.0I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband's procedure today. We could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call, scheduling was simple, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and everyone made him feel completely at ease. His tooth had both internal and external resorption, so this was not a straightforward extraction. The level of skill, professionalism, and care shown during the procedure was truly impressive. What could have been a stressful experience was handled smoothly and confidently. Having a tooth pulled is not exactly anyone’s idea of a good time, but this team made the process as comfortable and positive as possible. We are so thankful for the compassion, expertise, and attention to detail from everyone in the office. We highly recommend them! Now we wait for the tooth fairy 🧚♀️ 😆

However, I am highly appreciative of this practice at each of the mile posts thus far and am confident that all will be completed satisfactorily. Last week I heard from my surgeon who was checking in on how I was doing. I think my experience was the exception, as there was no pain or blood after one day post my implant surgery. I told Dr. Gill that it seemed 'exquisite'!

Staring from the ladies at the reception to the surgery helpers to Dr Gill everyone is absolutely fantastic and super friendly. They take the time to explain the procedure during the pre op appointment, are accommodating with your appointments and truly care for the patient rather than rushing into surgery. Would give Dr Gill 5 stars and a BIG thumbs up!
