I was not able to get a photo of my eye, my eyelid kept obstructing the picture. The technician was not helpful, had no suggestions and was impatient. Just said I needed to schedule an in person exam. After researching the issue there are many ways we could have tried different postures, head tilt and eye lids. She was either not trained, lacked the patience or incentive to try, or both. I already waited two weeks that were a waste I wasn’t going to wait even longer for an in person exam. Why would I reward that behavior, there are many other options for buying Meta glasses I don’t have to buy them from LensCrafters at the Mall in Robinson.

It was my first experience with an examination utilizing a computer to speak with the eye doctor but it was very thorough and the doctor and all the ladies who assisted were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Lens Crafters.

LensCrafters absolutely exceeded my expectations. The service was fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. They helped me choose frames that fit my style, walked me through lens options, and made the whole process effortless. I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and expertise. Five stars all the way.

Everyone was super friendly Appointment was right on time We didn’t have to wait Comprehensive and up to date machines for testing The only reason why it’s not a 5/5 is that the doctor was video-conferenced in and was not in person. Honestly though they did everything that an in person doctor would do. I personally just want someone to be there because there will always be a slight disconnect over video
