  I’ve been taking classes here since they opened and I love it! I was new to barre3 when I started but they made me feel welcome. The instructors are very approachable and the classes are challenging in a good way. They give you options during class if you need to take the different moves incrementally as you get stronger. I’ve not really kept up with a regular workout routine in the past, but with Barre3 I’ve been excited to go. I can see the difference in my body. I look forward to continue going! They offer a different promotions and fun discounts and also let people a chance to try a free/discounted class. If you’re in the fence - do it!

  I had been in a gym funk for a while and never tried a workout class but always wanted to. I found b3 and never looked back :) Beautiful studio, but more importantly amazing instructors and community❤️

  Love the instructors and the studio. Really nice community of people. So happy that they opened in Shadyside. Fantastic workout, great sweat with the cardio and strength, but also has you leaving relaxed after the mindfulness portion.

  I’m thrilled to have Barre3 Shadyside in the neighborhood! The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and the workouts are incredible—a perfect mix of strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. Such a wonderful addition to the Shadyside community! ❤️
