They were very responsive and did more work than I expected of them with them cleaning and installing new batteries for my father's chairlift.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and came back in the same day to fix it ! Kudos to 2 very polite , knowledgeable members of 101 mobility for coming back in the same day to ensure her safety !
