  CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!!! On 8/29/2026, we picked up a Rx from Giant Pharmacy in Phoenixville. It was only the next day when we were about to use the medication that we realized we were given the wrong dosage. We called the next day to let them know. I was told that they can't exchange the meds w/ the correct dosage. I argued that we paid over $100 copay for a Rx we can't take, they pointed fingers to the dr for sending 2 scripts on the same day. I asked why wasn't there any safeguard to check which Rx is the latest, instead of acknowledging this crucial step, they insisted on blaming the dr & that THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG (no apologies whatsoever) & that they can't give me the latest Rx w/o insurance authorization. And they didn't stop on blaming the dr, they had the gall to ask why we didn't check the bag before leaving the store 😳. I said that we did and saw it's the right drug but didn't think we have to check the dosage of EVERY DRUG we pick up from them. SO CUSTOMERS, KNOW WHAT IS IT THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER OF THIS PHARMACY if you don't want to be blamed for trusting these people with your health & well being. We went back & forth w/ the dr, insurance company & pharmacy. In one of the calls, I reiterated that we're going a couple of days already w/o taking the proper medication so I asked if it will be okay to take the ones that we have before the pharmacy manager settles the issue & they said YES. It took over a week before we got the proper medication & thought that that was the end of it. It was just 2days ago that I learned that the person who gave us the "go" to take the initial Rx they gave us was not the pharmacist at all & has no authority to do so!!!! 🤯 That is almost criminal. What really made this whole ordeal from bad to worst is the lack of accountability for those 2 people on duty (pharmacist KARI & technician) in the pharmacy during that first phone call that I made. No apologies for all the aggravation they have caused us.

  Cannot stress enough how much the deli sucks. There's no urgency, half the time is waiting for them even with the kiosk.

  I have always had a great experience here!! All employees are so willing to help and are very personable! Same with the pharmacy
