Staff is amazing and so helpful!!! I showed up right when the class was starting bc my bus broke down and I was freaking out. I didn’t catch the name of the girl checking me in bc I was so rushed but she and other employees watched my stuff, got my shoes, made sure my water bottle was filled and everything within a minute or two to make sure I made it into the class before the door closed. I’ve never had any complaints with the staff here and they are always so sweet!

I’ve gone to soulcycle several times in a different state. I came here as I was visiting family. I did not like this study. Staff very unfriendly. Would not recommend.

Booked a first time class to try it out and was denied entry even though I was on time for the class. The front desk worker could've been more friendly and actually explain to the "liability issue" of why I was denied entry. I was planning on getting a membership but I'll stick to Cyclebar who has great customer service.

I had a very unwelcoming experience here through classpass. As the other posters said they sort of ignore you and are very pretentious. They don't show new people the studio nor the agenda of what's going to happen. The instructor didn't introduce themselves. It felt like they were all above that. Plus it's super tiny and no room to move around. Find another studio that is more welcoming with an instructors who will help you. I was able to find that luckily.
