  After being a patient for nearly ten years, I can't recommend this place. Dr. Ritchie is perfectly pleasant, capable. The support staff, however, have caused countless headaches over the years due to repeated errors or oversight. I learned to triple check a detail before leaving the office and still found that it would be incorrect in the end. Shame on me for returning and hoping that it would get better. I would recommend going elsewhere to save yourself time, money, and frustration.

  I have been coming here for almost 10 years and have always found the doctors and staff to be efficient and accommodating and explain everything very well from eye health to insurance to cost options. When I first got my glasses here the staff went above and beyond to help me pick out ones I liked. In nearly a decade I’ve only had one problem here with my glasses and they fixed my lenses for me free of charge the same day.

  The doctor is very friendly but the receptionists have been extremely rude every time I have gone. They are very snappy and reactive even if you talk normally or kindly to them. It is the same two people who are always like this.

  Great normal eye exam visit, came back a few days later with a corneal abrasion and was seen immediately as I walked in the door and given some drops. Great care by the doctors and staff here.

  Very rude receptionist! Called to book an appointment was treated as if i was asking for a kidney. Did not go ahead and book the appointment just cause of the rudeness. You lost a customer.
