- ILIvan LomovAug 8, 20263.0Very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision when it came to the wait time. I had a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately that didn’t seem to matter. First, I had to wait a long time just to be helped at the front desk, and then I waited even longer to see the doctor. In total, I wasn’t taken back to see the doctor until about 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I understand that occasional delays happen, but waiting almost an hour when you have an appointment is excessive and shows poor time management. That being said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. The doctor’s assistant was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. The doctor herself was also very nice, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the excessive wait time and poor organization at the beginning of the visit significantly affected my overall experience. I hope they can improve their scheduling and front desk efficiency because the actual medical staff was great.

The girl at the counter was very patient and kind w/ me even though she definitely thought I was a bit of a mess not having all my stuff prepared and accessible. Been going here for both myself and my daughter for the last few years now and have been happy w/ the service from the doctor's office side and the eye glass store side.
