We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

I was very verbal about what I wanted when called and when I went in to see the doctor yet the doctor messed up and ran my insurance for something I didn't ask for and was not willing to fix it. The lady at the store Donna was VERY RUDE after they messed and wasn't willing to rectify any of it her answer for any of my questions was to be rude.
