Always a great experience! Dr. Gurkaynak is friendly, knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. The entire staff is great as well and makes everything easy from start to finish. 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely terrible place to go. First , these people have horrible time management. Your wait time will be through the roof so if you have things to do, cancel. I waited almost an hour for a copy of my prescription. Of course noting the fact that there was Absolutely no one ahead of. Why you ask? Because the ladies here decided it'd be a great day to take the time window of 2pm to 3pm to walk around aimlessly , sit in the offices and gossip and flirt with other customers. I wish I was kidding. They double charged a patient for an exam and had it not been for that person coming in they wouldnt have caught it. On top of that i ordered lenses from this place and paid in FULL . 700 bucks mind you. For said lenses , went to pick them up and they told me there were only 2 boxes available out of 4. I came back after calling for weeks for updates which deemed unsuccessful and they told me I picked up all 4. I said thats ridiculous I know I picked up two. They continued to basically call me a liar and when I asked them for footage of the cameras that day I picked up said two boxes. They magically didnt have footage of that day. Yes ,not the whole week. Not 3 days. ONLY that day. And lastly , their phones aren't even working properly. Never going here ever again and please save yourselves from the lack of professionalism at this establishment.

Do NOT go here. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I waited an entire month for my glasses, got a call saying they were ready, and when I showed up, they suddenly claimed there was a “problem.” When I told them they were the ones who called me, they just brushed it off with no real explanation. What made it worse was how they treated customers. The staff were making inside jokes about people, laughing at customers, and showing straight-up attitude like helping anyone was a burden. It felt immature, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. Instead of doing their jobs, they acted like it was some kind of joke. I would not recommend this place at all. Until they seriously improve their behavior and start treating people with basic respect, it’s not worth your time or money.
