  I have coming here for almost 15 years. The staffing is just getting worse, I sat waiting for almost 2 hours watched people get called before me. When I finally get called, was told I would not be seen even thought my insurance card is literally in the system. Terrible customer service, not attentive or helpful. You would think for the amount of time and money given to this company the least they could do was try to work with you.

  The girls that work here need to be fired. They are ignorant, rude and don’t help you at all. Don’t waste your time here. Go to vision works down the street.

  one of the worst places you can be, staff who do not ask proper information to help you out, keep you on hold for over 10mins and staff who do not accept the wrong they did. Save your money and go to a proper place where you’ll be appreciated and taken care of well!

  Always a great experience! Dr. Gurkaynak is friendly, knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. The entire staff is great as well and makes everything easy from start to finish. 100% recommend!!!

  I got my first pair of glasses from here when I was 16 years old and they were my only pair for 10 years with no need for repairs ever. I received two other pair over the course of 4 years after that. In 2025 I came in for a new pair of glasses and was greeted as soon as I came in, the associate took my ID and insurance card and went into the small room. I had to sit for over 30minutes and wait because the staff decided to have an argument about their schedules with the manager. I picked out my glasses and was called in an appropriate time frame when they were done. I went and picked them up but something felt strange when wearing them(it kept going from blurry to clear). Me and the associate tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t so she told me to come back if the problem persists and the doctor will check my eyes. Before the day was out I figured out that my right lens had the correct prescription but the left did not. I caught an uber back to the store and explained to the associate at the desk that I was just there that morning, the problem and I figured out what was wrong. She told me “Don’t say it’s the lens because you don’t know that” and proceeded to ask me if it’s been over a year since I’ve seen an eye doctor (I had seen my eye doctor just the month before. My eyes hadn’t changed from my exam the year before but my doctor gave me a new script so there would be no problems, which I’m glad he did). I ignored the attitude and gave her my glasses to be fixed. A week later they call, I go get my glasses. The prescription is corrected and I can see but now there is a chip out of one of the lens, I decide to ignore it but as I examine the glasses more, there’s two other chips. I take my glasses back, show them the chips. An associate tells me we’ll fix it and call you when it’s done. I had to ask for a ticket as proof that they have my glasses which they don’t give to you, they have you take a photo of it. When I finally got my glasses back they kept falling off my face and one of the arms doesn’t go behind my ear, it just sits above it. I googled how to fix them falling off myself and I just ignore the arm placement because I could not bring myself to go back there. I used to constantly recommend this place to people but now I will no longer be going there.
