  Basically, every staff member had an extremely poor attitude and doctor was unprofessional. When you go to them with a problem, they argue with you, don't let you speak, and shout over your voice. The first time I got my eye exam and started wearing contact lenses, I had a headache every day. After a follow-up visit, I had to change several parameters before finally feeling comfortable. Because of the new prescription, the few boxes I originally ordered were left at the store for pickup. On two separate occasions when I went to pick up my new lenses, they handed me the old ones instead. If I hadn't noticed in time, I would have opened the box and been refused a replacement—wasting an entire month's worth of lenses. Later, when I asked them to mail the remaining lenses to a new address since I no longer live in Philadelphia, they didn't provide a tracking number. I called three times to check, only to find out after all that it had already been shipped seven days earlier. So what was the point of calling? They told me it hadn't arrived, even though it clearly had. When I requested to re-ship, they blamed me entirely for the lost package and insisted I drive two hours round trip to pick it up myself. Their attitude during problems was terrible—first promising a refund the next day, then changing their mind and refusing to issue one. This was by far the worst eyewear shopping experience ever. Don’t choose this store. When I asked for my insurance information, they were vague and evasive. I specifically said I needed the alphanumeric code, but the employee pointed to a few numbers on the receipt and claimed those were the correct ones. Fortunately, I contacted my insurance provider directly and returned to the store to get the right details. It seemed they genuinely didn’t want customers to use insurance.   Wonderful experience! Helped me get a great deal covered by my insurance. Walked out with more than I bargained for and didn't have to spend out of pocket in my case. Thank you Demetrius for being so helpful! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of every choice. I will be coming back for all my eye needs

  The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Demetrius has an eye for what frames will suit your face and was incredibly accommodating with my lens needs. The pricing was very transparent and I felt safe knowing i'm not being oversold.

  This will be my glasses store and eye doctor for as long as I live in Philly. Extremely efficient and high quality service, and also so friendly and helpful. Demetrius really goes the extra mile to take care of customers.
