- KCKelly Clark3 days ago1.0Before booking my appt i asked the associate more than one time to make sure i was in the time frame for my visit to have insurance pay… she ASSURED me more than once that it will be covered….. and to just come in….. i left work early to make my visit went thru the testing to be told that it would not be covered yet!!!! Really not a good experience …. And was told they apologize they are training new associates….. terrible experience
