- CJCynthia JeuneMay 1, 20261.0I recently visited this location with a friend after driving in from Delaware to Philadelphia. We went before, an outing. Unfortunately, we arrived about six minutes late due to a traffic accident along the way. While we understand the importance of policies and punctuality, situations like this can sometimes be unavoidable. When we arrived, we were informed that we could not join the session and were offered a later class at 3:00 PM. However, we were told we would need to pay again since we are not members. While the staff member was polite, the policy itself felt very rigid and didn’t account for real-life circumstances. Additionally, the downtown location makes parking quite challenging, which can further contribute to slight delays that are out of a customer’s control. I believe the overall experience could be greatly improved by offering a one-time courtesy option such as transferring to a later class without an additional fee in situations like unexpected traffic or emergencies. This small adjustment would go a long way in showing understanding and building customer loyalty. I hope the business considers adding a bit more flexibility to its policies to better accommodate real-life situations that customers may face.
