  First visit. Well organized, efficient practice with a staff that is friendly. The general vibe is very patient-centric. The Dr. spent time listening to me and provided a well-thought-out treatment plan for dealing with my oral health. May sound odd, but looking forward to upcoming visits.

  It was a good and speedy experience for my first and second visits. Everyone involved in my services, from the front desk, to my dentist, were helpful and respectful of the process. Recommended.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this office. My appointment ran over an hour late before I was even seen, and once I finally got in, the actual cleaning took no more than 15 minutes. It felt incredibly rushed, more like they were trying to move through patients quickly than actually care for my teeth properly. There was no attention to detail at all. To make it worse, I was charged for X-rays that were never taken. When I asked about it, I was told the charge was "for the next visit," which doesn't make sense to me. I shouldn't be billed for a service I haven't received yet, especially without being told about it beforehand. Between the long wait, the rushed, careless treatment, and the confusing charge, I left feeling like a number rather than a patient. I would not return.

  Everyone was so warm and welcoming! Everyone was so informative of our treatment and concerns. My daughter and I first experience went great. Needless, to say we did reschedule our next appointments to come.
