- MMMaster_InquisitorApr 14, 20261.0I came to Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville yesterday as a new patient to schedule an eye exam. A staff member (woman with black curly hair) registered me, took my driver’s license and insurance information, and clearly instructed me to return the next day at 5 PM to see Dr. Sam. Today, I arrived early at 4:30 PM, only to be told by Paul, the store manager, that I was not on the schedule. This is completely unacceptable!!! I rearranged my work schedule and left early specifically for this appointment, only to find out that your staff failed to properly register me. What made the situation worse was Paul’s response….there was no effort to resolve the issue, no attempt to re-accommodate me, and no sense of accountability. I was simply told, you’re not on the list, as if that ends the conversation. For a healthcare-related business handling patient information and appointments, this level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is alarming. If basic scheduling cannot be handled correctly, it raises serious concerns about how patient records are managed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not trust a clinic that demonstrates this level of incompetence and disregard for patients’ time. What a bunch of incompetent people!

I just want to say that he was the nicest and sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with at Pearle Vision. He was helping me pick out glasses and explained all the fees I would be paying. I give him a 10 and say he should be rewarded for his kindness in his job. 💙👏👏👏👏👏💙
