Poor Quality: The first pair they produced was terrible quality, requiring them to redo the work. Unbelievable Negligence: After getting a call to pick up the updated pair, I arrived at the shop only to find out my glasses had been destroyed. Zero Urgency: I explicitly informed the staff that I have upcoming travel and urgently need my glasses, but I still haven't received them. Rude & Unhelpful Staff: Every time I call, the staff is rude and refuses to give a clear, direct answer. Avoid this Pearle Vision location at all costs. Unprofessional, unreliable, and awful customer service.
