- AAAnandSep 16, 20261.0What a waste of time. I expected better customer service in terms of an actual resolution. Sept 8th I dropped off my Metas for prescription lenses which I paid for $435. They told me they will be back within a week or so and they knew I needed them within that timeframe. Calls me on Sept 16th telling me it’s too risky to ship out my metas for the work to me performed and offers $50 discount toward another type of lens that qualifies for their in house service… Why wait a week to give me the bad news? And top of that a $50 discount? FYI to anyone who has metas and wants prescriptions save your self the headache and go directly through Metas it’s about 50% cheaper including the device. $735 (device+lens) VS $430 (device+lens) This is a great example on lack of employee training.
