She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but kind and patient as well, explaining every step of the process - making what would have been a very anxiety ridden appointment for my mom and dad into a great experience. Dawn at the front desk was the sweetest, best first face to see at an appointment, and we all laughed and talked like we were all old friends. Highly recommend this location!!
