  Great experience! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of frames. Not overly crowded. They helped me purchase new glasses and submit my reimbursement request for insurance

  While the website is slick, nothing beats seeing product and professional assistance with sizing. Bargain for basic lenses. Kathy was excellent in her customer service!

  We had the best service! There were three agents in the store and each one made sure they welcomed us and anyone else who came in. Our sales agent made us feel very comfortable and did not pressure us into anything we weren’t happy with just to make a sale. They were very accommodating to personal needs regarding prescription allowances and possibility of partial reimbursement from insurance! We’ve already called a friend and recommended they try this store!
