  Have been getting my meds from them for years and they USED to be really kind and accommodating to clarifications and questions. Last year was when I noticed that the representatives have been borderline rude, I had let it go since I have more important things to worry about . But today I had another horrible interaction with the lady that called me regarding a prescription renewal. She seemed “annoyed” already by the way the call was going, I was asking standard questions and requested if she can call me the next day (which they use to do without any problem) to confirm the medications since some of them changed prices from before and I wanted to call my insurance to get clarification. She flat out said NO and that she will put the prescription on hold and to just call them again. I do not have a problem with, but the tone of her voice was not ok. She must have had a long day but there is no reason whatsoever to be rude and annoyed. If interacting with customers annoys you easily then maybe this is not the job for you. I am very disappointed. I see that the reviews lately are the same rude interaction and I am not sure if proper training has been done to correct it.

  Currently I have them for my Anzupgo. This company has wonderful communication, awesome customer service, care about what you need not just as a customer but as a patient too... I even receive pharmacist suggestions for the topical cream I use. Their natural options/ choices for your body are amazing and what I like. Even the delivery options for overnight or next day 😃👍.   HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TREATED EXTREMELY RUDELY BY DEBBIE. WILL CONTACT BBB. AND NEBER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

  Argumentative and interruptive telephone agent. FSA patients beware: they bill CC processing fees and FSA by law does not permit this. If you have to submit a receipt to FSA for a purchase from here, it will flag and you will have to reimburse. This business does not warn the customer of this and gets upset when you point it out to them. Take your business elsewhere.

  Ordered a script but decided to pick up. They were friendly and pleasant and went through the totes of scripts ready to be shipped to find mine.
