  Everything was explained fully and all my questions were answered. Ken make me feel comfortable and talked to me through out my testing. Explained everything thoroughly, very helpful in every way. The secretary was also wonderful, very friendly and easy to talk to. Could not ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend Hearing Health Connection to anyone. Thank you, Carl Ursich
