    As a colleague of Val's a few towns over, I sent a person who had difficulty with their hearing aid to her. She was happy to help and they were happy with the outcome! Val is great!

    I can’t say enough about the New Castle office. Valerie SCHWAB DID THE HEARING TEST ON ME. She also fixed my hearing aids. She was very Knowledgeable And professional. I was very comfortable with her. She did a great job. She deserves a five point rating. Also may be a pay raise. Valerie and the girl at the front desk was very polite. I was very satisfied with the service.

    I wish I had gotten my hearing aids 15 years ago. If you have hearing loss, do something about it now.
