  I have osteoporosis from a bad parathyroid gland. After being on generic Actonel for 5 years, the best it does is prevent more bone loss. My endocrinologist was against doing osteogenic training because "there's no clinical evidence that it works and it might fracture a bone." I also had a nationally known bone expert recommend I don't do it. I did my own research and went ahead with it. My research found it does work. My lumbar bone density increased 9% in a year. I let the national "expert" know how well it went and never heard back. I told my endocrinologist it works because it was the only change I made. Very obvious. She still couldn't grasp it. Studies depend on who does them and who's paying for them. This isn't hard to understand. We're applying load on the bone so it has to get stronger. I also made sure my calcium, magnesium and vitamin D are at optimum levels. I recommend osteogenic training. I wish I would have done it at the start and skipped Actonel.

  I want to thank everyone at Matz chiropractic for helping me reach my weight loss goal. I have officially lost 40lbs. Drug free. With the help of the Zerona labor treatments and dietary changes I made. It's been slow and steady but I can't thank you enough for the tips and encouragement. Hoping to continue on this difficult journey.

  This is the healing place!! The adjustments are gentle and specific. They follow thru with trigger point therapy, nutrition, cold laser, and patiently teach simple, effective strengthening and balance exercises if needed. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My neck, back and whole body feel wonderful. Thank you!!!
