It is the only form of exercise that I have really stuck to & actually enjoy going to every morning! Michelle is attentive, extremely helpful, and really works to make sure you are getting the most out of her classes. A bonus that she is so kind, & very fun! I take her Level 2 and Circuit 1.5 classes and I have seen a massive difference in my strength & flexibility over the past few months. Cannot recommend Club Pilates & Michelle enough!

The facility was impeccable and the instructor was Awesome. Her instruction was spot on with every direction crystal clear, detailed and timely. She individualized guidance with poise and finesse and made every participant feel welcomed. Wishing the program offered incentives in terms of discounts for seniors.
