  I have had chronic pain for years and have been treating it with physical therapy. I cannot recommend Dave Thompson - and Alliance - enough. They utilize a wide variety of techniques to tackle the issue you are having, and focus on building strength as well as minimizing pain. I've personally been treated with manual adjustments, massage, traction, e-stim, heat packs, ice packs, therapeutic ultrasound, and kinesio tape. Any type of equipment you can think of - cardio machines, weights, exercise bands, exercise balls, foam rollers, calf-stretchers, bodyblades, rowing machines, etc. - they have it. This location even has a pool for aqua therapy. Exercise routines are not static, they are adjusted for each visit to ensure that your body is being challenged. If you are struggling with a specific exercise, they can modify it for you or find an alternative exercise that accomplishes the same goal. Overall, an Alliance is an incredible well-equipped facility, with knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Everyone is extremely friendly here and they want you to succeed.
