  Absolutely horrible experience. I had a bad experience at my child's original dentist and was looking for a 2nd opinion. I called Tender Care back in the beginning of July and I explained he needed a dental check up for a 2nd opinion and they scheduled me for almost the end of August. 3 days before the appointment they said he already had a cleaning in April, I explained this is not for a cleaning. The other Dentist stated he had 8 cavities with out even taking X-rays and I wanted a dentist who could check my son to see if he really had 8 cavities. They refused! They said they didn't do that. They didn't do check-ups like that and that he wasn't due for a cleaning. I explained again. This was NOT for a cleaning, a cleaning was never mentioned, that was not part of any conversation, the issue was cavities. Again the lady acted as if she had never heard of kids with cavities and that they don't do that sort of stuff there. At a dentist office...... I guess they have never heard of a child with cavities or requesting a 2nd opinion. Me and my wife were left with our mouths open as to how a dentist office could operate that way. We just wanted a check up as a 2nd opinion to check for cavities and that is something they.... don't do. That's like going to Starbucks and barista not knowing what coffee is and then telling us, coffee isn't what they do there. So I'll be looking for another pediatric that actually books patients and can check for cavities because apparently this office doesn't.

  I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they took great care of my daughter. Everything went smoothly, and we were very happy with the visit.

  First visit there and we will be back. Great atmosphere for my child. Very nice and friendly towards my child. Answered all my questions.

  love the people, dentist and staff, my daughter really felt comfortable and she spoke highly to me how she really liked it there and it's all in one, dentist and also offering orthodontist and once she get through her treatment onto braces very great Atmospher.......... highly recommend....

  I’m an adult terrified of the dentist, I feel comfortable here when I bring my children! This is our third year with Tender Care and don’t plan on changing! Always a good experience with the exception of a few other patients. Can’t fault the practice for others behaviors! Curious with appointment reminders and by the rules. If you don’t like them it’s your own fault!
