  Professional talkers but yet work quality is poor. Having trouble with my stair lift very loose makes noise skipping tracks making me wait long for appointments to fix situation with.

  A great addition to our home. The house we bought had a metal spiral staircase from the first floor to the basement. It was very difficult to do laundry since washer/dryer was in basement. We also had a water softener system in basement which required to have 40 pound bags of salt taken down. The STILTZ Duo Classic Lift makes going between floors ideal. The two sales people and three installers were very courteous and knowledgeable. The finishing work on walls and door was on time and cleanup was excellent

  The representatives are professional, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. The products are of excellent quality and are professionally installed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend 101 Mobility.

  I’m sure the company is as good as their drivers. Really rude personnel. Giving the finger to me as I was pulling away all because I let a public works vehicle have the right of the way? Not professional. Find your business elsewhere.
