  I have been seeing Dr. Bella for 20+ years, and he is fantastic! I have terrible anxiety with needles and he and his team have always been gentle and compassionate. I have had issues in the past with hygienists leaving and having to wait over a year between cleanings, but they recently were able to get me in day of when I had an issue with a filling, so it seems like there is an improvement.

  There are plenty of dentists you can choose. I couldn’t be happier I picked this one. Everyone from the Doctor to the receptionist are kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. Thank you Doctor Laura for your putting me at ease.

  I stopped into Romeo R. Bella DMD P.C. today while I was in the building for another UPMC appointment, hoping to schedule as a new patient. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and off putting. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and were quite rude in their communication. I was told it was a “bad time” and that I would need to call instead to make an appointment, despite being there in person. This was not a welcoming or professional first impression, and I will not be moving forward with this office.
