  I use the pharmacy very frequently. And I’d just like to say. Doug is a great pharmacist. He will take the time to explain things about the medications I want or need to know. His customer service is top notch with his professionalism! I apperciate him and all the other staff making my experiences comfortable and positive!

  Today, I visited the Mechanicsburg pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my wife. Unfortunately, Doug informed me that the medication wouldn’t be available until Monday. I was at a loss for what to do. When I told them this was something I needed today Doug promptly retrieved a list of who had the medication and explained that it was from yesterday. He then asked me which one would be most suitable for me. I selected one, and before I left, Doug made sure to contact the pharmacy and confirm that they had the medication. He also ensured that it was transferred. Everyone at the Mechanicsburg pharmacy is friendly and helpful, but Doug truly stood out as an exceptional pharmacist who went above and beyond to assist me and simplified a potentially stressful situation

  Your store has been going downhill and getting rid of SO MANY of the items I USED TO COME FOR, BUT THIS WEEK was STRIKE 3!!!! IF YOU *THINK* you can disrespect me the way you did on the pharmacy phone, "Toni" and talk DOWN to me the way you did, LISTEN UP!!!!! I USED TO DO YOUR JOB AT A DIFFERENT CHAIN AND WE'D HAVE BEEN FIRED for HOW YOU TALKED TO ME! WHEN I HAVEN'T HAD MY MEDICATION THAT I ASKED FOR 2 WEEKS AGO, ON GIANT'S HORRIBLE APP, I GUESS IT DIDN'T ALERT THE PHARMACY THAT MY DR *HAD GOTTEN BACK TO YOU A WEEK AGO* AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MEDS- WHY???? TONI, with HER NASTY ATTITUDE DECIDED TO TELL ME she ordered the meds THAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT "THEY WOULDN'T BE IN FOR ANOTHER DAY" AND GETS IRRITATED WITH ME!!!!!!!! EXCUSE ME?!?!?! I. AM. THE. CUSTOMER. BUT. YOU. LOST. THIS ONE. NOW!!!!!! YOUR POOR ATTITUDE IS GOING TO BE YOUR PROBLEM IN LIFE, TONI. THANK YOU TO DOUG AND LAURA, the pharmacists, who actually care, but are brought down by SOME (TONI), though not all, and the horrible rest of the store. Sad.
