Your store has been going downhill and getting rid of SO MANY of the items I USED TO COME FOR, BUT THIS WEEK was STRIKE 3!!!! IF YOU *THINK* you can disrespect me the way you did on the pharmacy phone, "Toni" and talk DOWN to me the way you did, LISTEN UP!!!!! I USED TO DO YOUR JOB AT A DIFFERENT CHAIN AND WE'D HAVE BEEN FIRED for HOW YOU TALKED TO ME! WHEN I HAVEN'T HAD MY MEDICATION THAT I ASKED FOR 2 WEEKS AGO, ON GIANT'S HORRIBLE APP, I GUESS IT DIDN'T ALERT THE PHARMACY THAT MY DR *HAD GOTTEN BACK TO YOU A WEEK AGO* AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MEDS- WHY???? TONI, with HER NASTY ATTITUDE DECIDED TO TELL ME she ordered the meds THAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT "THEY WOULDN'T BE IN FOR ANOTHER DAY" AND GETS IRRITATED WITH ME!!!!!!!! EXCUSE ME?!?!?! I. AM. THE. CUSTOMER. BUT. YOU. LOST. THIS ONE. NOW!!!!!! YOUR POOR ATTITUDE IS GOING TO BE YOUR PROBLEM IN LIFE, TONI.
THANK YOU TO DOUG AND LAURA, the pharmacists, who actually care, but are brought down by SOME (TONI), though not all, and the horrible rest of the store. Sad.
