She has been in need of a helper/companion, now more than ever due to COVID-19 restrictions. We chose them on behalf of my mom because of the amazing experience we had with them last fall, when my dad went into decline very quickly. It was the week before Thanksgiving, and he wanted to remain at home for his last days. Home Instead rallied their staff during the holiday period to provide around the clock assistance to our family. I even had a personal call from the owner and meals offered by the caregivers during our period of mourning. They went completely above and beyond, and our family is so grateful for their expertise and commitment. As well, I am a healthcare provider who has a large geriatric patient population.
