  Tried to come during operating hours and there was a sign on the door with a clock that said will be back at “10:00.” But it was 12:30. I waited for half an hour as I needed to get something but still no one came. I understand things happen, but I’ve noticed this isn’t the only time this has happened. I’m unsure if it’s the place is unstaffed or the staff is just unprofessional. At the very least they should give the courtesy of updating hours on google and not lying about the time on the door. House of Gains and Vitamin Shop are much more reliable supplement stores in Lancaster. Such a shame as I really love gnc in other cities I’ve lived in.

  Meh. Once I stopped in and a STAR employee impressed me. Others were "meh". Purchased out of date product by mistake. Also tried to shop during business hours and no one was there.
