Frank fitted me , took me outside to listen - and oh yah !! I too realized what sounds I’ve missed . Don’t hesitate to go to see these folks as they made it very easy. ————————————- Addendum : February 23, 2026 — Returned for a hearing check up and adjustment to my current aids . Now AudioNova but still the same facility . Carrie who has been with the center since 2018 is now taking care of customers. As a specialist with experience she performed a very detailed hearing exam . Listening to all my concerns, recalibrated my hearing aids to a level I was hoping for and very satisfied with . Carrie was compassionate and spent time with me assuring me my hearing can be improved, and really did . I’m very happy with this facility and service and highly recommend them !
