- DBDD BAug 28, 20261.0Lousy so called doctor's office ! The women who sit up front are horrible, very rude and dismissive. Disgusting behaviors from so called professionals. Forget getting anything preventative done thru your insurance, they screw you over with the coding and then act dumb. If course they never return your phone calls nor put anything in writing. Worst so called doctor's office I have ever experienced in my life ! All about the money with them they didn't care about me or my health.

She said no other doctor has ever sat with her and listened to her complaints soo calmly and took the time to explain procedures. Other doctors always rush her. I just wanted to thank Dr. Norden and the staff for such a great experience. We need more doctors like you who are compassionate and take the time to listen to patients.

She has taken phenomenal care of myself and my family. I always tell Dr Kennedy, she will remain my doctor For the remainder of my life or her retirement.

There may be one that is decent. I have been trying to get a dispute settled for like 5 months now and can't believe how slow it has been with documents not being sent to my insurance. Very simple tasks so shouldn't be this difficult. I feel like I am having to constantly call to get responses and do their job! Do better! Needs improvement!
