  I had a very disappointing experience when picking up my glasses. The staff member began adjusting the frames without asking how they fit, and continued making multiple changes without properly checking with me. Despite giving feedback that the fit was getting worse, the adjustments continued in different directions, which left the glasses sitting unevenly on my face. One of the nose pads no longer sits correctly, and the frames no longer rest properly on my ears. I was later told that the technician was not available, which raises concerns about why these adjustments were made in the first place. Proper fitting requires careful, incremental adjustments with customer feedback. That did not happen here, and I now need to return again to have the frames corrected. Updated Review: I returned to the shop for an adjustment, and a different staff member assisted me. She was patient and took time to improve the fit, which I appreciated. However, due to multiple prior adjustments, the thin metal frame appears to have been over-manipulated. One side is now smooth, while the other is twisted and cannot be properly aligned. Although the fit improved slightly, I still noticed uneven weight distribution when I got home. Both nose pads touch my nose, but the pressure is heavier on one side. When I tried a minor adjustment myself, the nose pad broke. At this point, the glasses are no longer usable, and I hope the store will take responsibility for the damage and provide an appropriate resolution.

  After them calling me to reschedule my appointment for a Saturday, I called to say that I was five minutes late and because I was a new patient they could not see me!!!! What unprofessionalism! So much for courtesy! So if you schedule your appointment there make sure you’re there on the dot!

  The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they love what they do. Worked with me to find affordable options and gave me advice on which frames worked well on my face. Great experience and genuinely had a fun time. Highly recommend.

  Both the girl at the front desk and the doctor were very nice, professional and welcoming. They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability. I felt comfortable and look forward to seeing them again at my next appointment. Thank you!
