No problems, they didn't say they didn't take his insurance or anything. Then my husband arrives to his appointment only to be told they don't take his insurance. They could've told us that over the phone. On top of which, we used an additional benefit that our insurance offers last time he was there. They didn't look at his file to see what was used in the past. They're just there to inconvenience their customers. I am truly disgusted that they don't know how to do their job at all.
