We came in looking for 1 pair and ended up buying 2 for my husband and one for myself! They excepted our insurance which was a bonus. They are very patient and professional! The manager is super friendly and helped us through the entire process. We really appreciated her professionalism and her true knowledge and understanding of the eyes and knew exactly what we needed! I highly recommend this store and will be telling my friends and family to check them out. Love what Warby Parker stands for and their contributions!

Most importantly I arrived with glasses needing adjusted purchased directly from Warby Parker. The optometrist( Stephanie) graciously said “well, let’s go and I will help you.” you knew she was experienced and custom fit the glasses perfectly. She was very kind and welcomed me back to the store anytime for any issue whatsoever. This is the best service I have had across the board in sometime.
