  I coordinate care for my brother remotely from California, so finding a home care agency I could trust was critical. Visiting Angels of Lancaster County, PA exceeded every expectation. Marilyn, our care coordinator, has been outstanding for over a year. She arranged a complex multi-shift schedule - AM and PM caregivers, seven days a week - and matched us with excellent, reliable people. When we had unassigned shifts, she worked quickly to fill them, which matters enormously for a patient who cannot be left without coverage. What really set Visiting Angels apart was Marilyn's hands-on involvement beyond just scheduling. She visited my brother at St. Anne's Rehabilitation Center before his discharge and worked directly with the facility staff to understand his care needs, so the caregivers were prepared from day one. That kind of proactive coordination between a home care agency and a rehab facility is rare and made an enormous difference in a smooth transition home. Our caregivers have been professional, kind, and dependable throughout. For a family managing care from a distance, having a coordinator like Marilyn and a team you can trust is everything. Highly recommend Visiting Angels of Lancaster County, PA.

  Visiting Angels has been a life saver for our family and has helped us keep our mother in her home. The caregivers are all wonderful, patient, caring people who treat our mother with respect and tender loving care. Specifically, Denise Martinez is absolutely amazing.   While I have not personally benefitted from the services of Visiting Angels, I work with a few people who have and heard very positive feedback about the professional and care provided. As a foundation, they are very supportive of organizations that promote social engagement and services for older adults!

  I’ve been using Visiting Angels for a short time and in that time I have had a chance to have different lady’s until I found the right one for me. In that process I have discovered that all have excellent skills and qualities that are very helpful to me. I have been thrilled with their service and their pleasant demeanor!
